Trying lashes at home for the first time takes a small leap of faith. We make it a safe one.
The promise
If your first set is not right for you, we will switch you to the other side of our range - on us.
Chose press-ons and they will not stay put the way you hoped? We send you a glued starter kit: one box of glued clusters in the style you choose, plus bond, seal and remover. Tweezers are not included in the switch kit, so keep the ones from your original set.
Chose glued and the look or the adhesive is not right for you? We send you one box of press-ons in the style you choose - no adhesive, nothing on the skin.
You pick the style. We do not choose it for you.
Before we switch you
Nine times out of ten, lashes that lift early are a placement thing, not a product thing. Tap the button below and tell us what is happening. We will check your application with you first - most of the time a 30-second adjustment fixes it completely. If it does not, we will ask for a quick photo and send your switch set.
The details
The Switch Promise applies to your first order with us, once per customer, within 30 days of delivery. We will ask for your order number, and the details need to match the name, phone number or email on the order.
The switch is always a single pack. If you ordered a pack of three, you receive one switch pack and keep the rest of your order. If you are not sure yet whether lashes are for you, start with a single pack.
The unused part of your original set must be returned to us. Worn clusters do not need to come back. In the UAE we arrange the collection. Outside the UAE we will send you the return details. If the box comes back close to empty, we reserve the right to decline the switch.
Delivery of the switch set is free within the UAE, 25 AED to Saudi Arabia, and 40 AED anywhere else. For orders outside the UAE we mark the shipment as a replacement kit with a value of zero on the invoice. If your customs authority still applies duties or VAT, that is outside our control and we are not able to cover it.
The Switch Promise can be used once. If the set you switch to is not right for you either, we are sorry that we didn't work out together, but there are no refunds as these are hygienic products.
Why we can promise this
Our clusters sit on the natural lash line and come off with remover or warm water - they do not pull, tug, or thin your natural lashes. We would rather you find the format that fits your eyes and your routine than keep a set that sits in a drawer.
