Welcome to lit-lashes.com (the “Site”), operated by LIT Lashes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”), which govern your use of our services and products. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or make any purchases.

1. Compliance with UAE Law

LIT Lashes operates in full compliance with the applicable laws and consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under UAE law.

2. Returns & Refunds

We operate under a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy, except where specifically required by UAE consumer law.

  • Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the case of defective or damaged goods at the time of delivery, and must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

To request a return (where legally permitted), please email us at post@lit-lashes.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

3. Patch Test Requirement

All customers are required to perform a patch test before using our lash glue (Bond, Sealant, or Remover) or any adhesive-based product.

  • A patch test should be conducted at least 24 hours prior to full application.
  • Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin (e.g., behind the ear or on the inside of your wrist) and wait 24 hours.
  • If any redness, itching, swelling, or irritation occurs, do not use the product and consult a medical professional if necessary.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that a patch test is your responsibility. We are not liable for any adverse reactions if a patch test has not been performed.

4. Product Use & Customer Responsibility

All LIT Lashes products are intended for personal, at-home cosmetic use only.

  • Products must be used according to our instructions.
  • We are not responsible for results due to misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • DIY lash application involves adhesive near the eyes; please use caution and discontinue use if any discomfort occurs.

5. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable VAT.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including images, logos, product names, and text are the intellectual property of LIT Lashes and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIT Lashes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
