Individual lash clusters with the adhesive already on the band. They go under your natural lashes, not on top, and hold for 4 - 7 days. No glue, bond or sealer needed, just tweezers.

Clean, dry natural lashes, your clusters, and non-stick tweezers. Ordinary tweezers grab the adhesive and the cluster comes away with them, so a non-stick coating and a fine tip make it far easier. See our tweezers.

Nearly always oil, either your skin's own or a film left by makeup remover. Wash your lashes with micellar water (or warm water), rinse with plain water, dry fully, then apply. The second most common cause is touching the glue band with fingers or tweezers, which weakens it quickly. Grip each cluster just above the glue band, never on it.

4 - 7 days. You will get the full week if you start with clean lashes, clamp them gently with your tweezers once or twice a day, sleep on your back and keep your hands off your eyes.

Press & Go lashes are splash proof, not waterproof. Wash your face and shower as normal with care, and a dip in the pool is fine. Diving, water sports and saunas are not. If you want lashes for heavier water wear, our DIY Lash Extensions are the better choice.

Yes. Sleep on your back if you can, or use a silk pillowcase, so the pillow does not rub them loose.

Press & Go clusters are made for one wear of 4 - 7 days. If you wore them for a single evening and took them off gently, put them straight back in the box and they will usually go on again the next day with a little less grip. Clusters worn for several days will not stick again: the adhesive is spent.

Gently peel each cluster away with your tweezers, one at a time. Never pull or force it. Removed this way, our clusters do not damage your natural lashes.

Pre-glued lash pieces that lift and define the outer part of your eye, rather than covering the whole lash line. Each eye gets one wider main piece and one or two smaller finishing clusters. They apply in 1 - 2 minutes and hold for up to 3 days with care.

With a proper bond and sealer, they typically last 7+ days if you take good care of them. Wear time depends on your skin type, how oily your skin is, and how well the sealer is applied. Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.

Yes. Once fully set, the bond is water resistant. Avoid rubbing your eyes while wet and try not to aim the shower straight at your lashes. After swimming, just pat dry gently.

Yes. With proper care, most clusters can be worn 3 - 5 times. Remove them with remover, gently clean the bond residue from the base, and return them to their tray. Our LIT Lash Shampoo helps keep them clean between wears.

Usually it is oily lids or skipping the sealer. Make sure your lashes are fully clean and oil-free before applying bond, and always finish with sealer along the bond line, at the root only. If your skin is very oily, a light dusting of translucent powder on the lash line beforehand can help.

No, not when applied and removed correctly. Never pull or tug. Always use remover and let the bond fully dissolve before sliding the clusters off.

Yes. We ask everyone to patch test any adhesive product, including our bond, sealer and remover, 24 hours before use. Here is how.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM UAE time ship the same day (Sunday orders ship the next business day). Dubai and Abu Dhabi orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually delivered the same day, and orders after 10:00 AM the next day. Cash on delivery orders may take an extra day while we confirm the address.
