Our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your lashes. If your first order is not for you, tell us within 10 days of delivery and we will refund you.
- Covers your first order of each lash type: Press & Go and DIY Lash Extensions.
- We refund one opened box and every unopened box.
- The order must be paid by card or Tabby. Cash on delivery orders are not covered.
- Everything comes back together: the opened box, the unopened boxes and any tweezers that came with the order.
- Return fee: Dhs. 18 in the UAE. For international orders, the actual cost of shipping your order is deducted (typically Dhs. 61 for Saudi Arabia).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return has been received.

After 10 days
Lashes are hygiene-sensitive cosmetic products. Once the 10 days have passed, or for orders the guarantee does not cover, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email post@lit-lashes.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace or refund the item.
Patch test
Please do a patch test before using any adhesive product. Reactions after skipping the patch test, incorrect application or misuse are not grounds for a refund outside the guarantee.
UAE law
This policy complies with UAE consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
