Return Policy

At LIT Lashes, we are committed to providing high-quality, hygiene-sensitive cosmetic products. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all customers, we operate under a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy, except where specifically required by UAE consumer protection law.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been opened or used.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged at the time of delivery:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order 
by emailing post@lit-lashes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the damage or defect

We will review your case to determine eligibility for a replacement or refund, in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product opened, used, or tampered with
  • Packaging damage due to handling after delivery
  • Allergic reactions due to not performing a patch test (as required in our Terms)
  • Incorrect application or misuse of the product

4. Patch Test Responsibility

Customers are required to perform a patch test before using any adhesive-based products. Adverse reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test are not grounds for a return or refund.

5. Refund Process (If Approved)

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in the condition agreed upon during the return request.

6. Compliance with UAE Law

This policy operates under and complies with UAE consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights under UAE law remain unaffected where applicable.
