Shipping Policy

LIT Lashes offers fast and reliable shipping across the UAE, with additional options for international customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed before 10:00 AM UAE time will be shipped the same day, except on Sundays, in which case they will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders for Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be delivered same day if ordered before 10AM, and next day if ordered after 10AM. 
  • COD orders might take an extra day as we need to verify the address before shipping. 
  • International orders might take an extra day to ship, depending on which document the receiving country requires. 

2. UAE Shipping

  • We typically use same day or next-day delivery within the UAE (for orders placed before noon the previous day).
  • Delivery may take longer for customers located in rural or remote areas, which is outside of our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship international orders from our warehouse under the same processing timelines as UAE orders
  • Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier networks.
  • Customers are responsible for checking and paying any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT applicable in their country of residence. LIT Lashes does not collect or handle customs or import taxes and will not be liable for delays due to customs clearance.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us at post@lit-lashes.com with your order number.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Shipping in the UAE is free.  Other countries have shipping charges, with some exception where there is free shipping above a certain order value.
