Trying new lashes should not feel like a risk. If your first order is not for you, tell us within 10 days of delivery and we will refund you.

What is covered

Your first order of each lash type. That is your first order of Press & Go lashes and your first order of DIY Lash Extensions. If you have bought one type before, your first order of the other type is still covered.
One opened box, plus every box you have not opened. Bought 3 boxes? Open one to try it. If it is not for you, all three come back and you are refunded for all three.
Orders paid by card or Tabby. Cash on delivery orders are not covered.

Message us within 10 days of the day your order was delivered.
Return everything together: the opened box, the unopened boxes and any tweezers that came with your order.
Only one opened box is refunded per order.

UAE: a flat fee of Dhs. 18 is taken off your refund. We arrange the pick-up.
International orders: the actual cost of shipping your order is taken off your refund. For Saudi Arabia this is typically Dhs. 61.

Your refund goes back to your original payment method once your return has been received.

The guarantee can be used once per lash type.
You can use this guarantee or the LIT Switch Promise on an order, not both.
Items that arrive faulty or damaged are covered separately by our Refund policy.
